New Player Guide - Hero Dynasty

Congratulations, you have joined Hero Dynasty.

You now have 4 accounts, now what?

Let me guide you - this should be applied on at least 2 accounts so you can get more gold/items in a shorter amount of time.

First things first - after you create a character, talk to Dynasty Event Manager and get the [Beginner's Blessing].
It's a buff that new characters up to level 50 can obtain and it greatly helps with leveling.

You may also try to ask an older player to give you "Taoist Buffs". Taoists are a new party support class that buff party members and offer great PvE advantages.

Go to the outskirts of Dragon Castle and hunt [Castle Giant Boars]. They give ~1,5m gold, so set up aid for a couple of hours there in order to obtain gold for skill books and some potions.

After that, go to Clerk Seon and buy your skill books & Wind Drift.
It is worth mentioning that on this server *skills never miss - they always deal damage to monsters regardless of your accuracy*.

These should be your stats at level 10 (with newbie buff & taoist buffs):

Pick a class:
I would recommend Physician → Combat Medic for new players and main character.
You may experiment later with different classes.

After that, I would recommend to level in the following maps:
• Highlands
• Venom Swamp
• Spirit Spire

This way you can gear your character up with pretty good items, which will make the leveling experience smoother.
Spirit Spire can also be used to make decent gold for low levels.

Great, you are now level 39!
Go to Pet Master Sopyo in Dragon Castle and buy a pet & pet armors. They are very cheap.

Pets give the owner bonus stats here, so feel free to experiment and choose the right one.

Go to tavern in Dragon Castle and buy a "Pet Bottle Gourd".
It will replenish the pet's stats for 3 days. No more potions!

You can now go to [Bamboo Mountain].
This the first real gold making map.

Hunt here for a while and make sure to kill the boss, Fearsome Tiger Regiment Master - he is one of the bosses that give [Boss Master's Treasure], a chest containing gold bars.

Great, you are now level 60!
Let's upgrade your HT set, shall we?

You will go to Linen Shop in Dragon Castle and buy 3x normal HT sets. They are cheap.
Then, using [Advanced Fusion], you will turn them into a Master HT set. Simple as that.

Check out those stats:

Now, you have been hunting Bamboo Boss for quite a while and gathered some gold.
We should get some 2nd accessories.
Go to Central Marketplace and look for Dragon Slayer Han.
Buy the Dragon Soul 2nd accessories for now, they will help you heaps!

Meanwhile, your pet has been leveling up fast!
Look at those stat bonuses!

Keep leveling in Bamboo Mountain and hunt the boss, it will pay out in the long run.
When you feel comfortable, move to [Venom Clan Gate] map.
This is the first map where you make some real gold.

Right, you are now level 75, your pet is level 100 and you have gotten stronger.
What next?

It's time to craft a legendary HT set.
As you have noticed, Paid Lot gives Free Mark & Premium Mark.
They can be exchanged to various items in Dragon Castle's Dynasty Store (near tavern).

Buy some Trinkets Chests and visit Jangbo to craft your Legendary HT Set.

Congratulations, you now have a full Legendary set and are prepared for new challenges! Getting to this stage should have taken about 8-12 days by now.

Now, it's time to get some better gears.

Your targets are the following maps:
• Tranquil Vale - drops Flying Tiger Armors/Accessories/Weapons
• Crimson Sky - drops Violet Weapons/Five Dragon Armors
• Crystal Summit - drops Toxic Weapons/Sky Cleaver Armors

Using these you can craft Master Black Dragon Weapons/Armors.
3x Flying Tiger = Master Flying tiger
3x Five Dragon = Master Five Dragon
3x Sky Cleaver = Master Sky Cleaver

All 3 combined using Advanced Fusion -> Master Black Dragon.
Same goes for weapons.

Level 75-100 Gameplay Guide

Now, it's time to upgrade your 2nd accessories and farm some honor.

Let's farm some honor first.
Visit Dynasty Merchant in Dragon Castle and buy Divine Tower Ticket.

Use that and visit Lord Sagun -> Divine Tower (PVP).

Enter and start killing Dark Yerang.
You will gain 35 honor per kill. You cannot gain more than 20,000 honor in Divine Tower.

After finishing that, your stats should look like this:

Now, let's upgrade your 2nd accessories.
Hunt some bosses, save 20-30 billion gold and go to Dragon Slayer Han in Central Marketplace.

Upgrade your 2nd accessories as follows:
Dragon Soul -> White Dragon
White Dragon -> Blue Dragon
Blue Dragon -> Yellow Dragon

After doing that, work on sockets a bit.
They are VERY IMPORTANT.
Sockets can be obtained from mining, wars or bought from other players.
Every day, Golden Castle War takes place - winner faction controls the mine.

Congratulations, you can now grind in Tiger Castle.

Farm Discrimination Scroll and maybe a Discriminated Draconian Weapon.
Also look for [Black Dragon Accessories] in Tiger Castle.
They drop there. Use 3x of each in [Advanced Fusion] and craft a master set.
It will take 1-3 days to get what you need.

After farming enough materials and what else you need, visit [Discrimination Manager] in Dragon Castle.

Discriminate your Master Black Dragon Armors and Master Black Dragon Accessories.
Aim for XA/XX on armors and SA/SX on weapons.
You can re-discriminate them using Re-Discrimination Bell that you can buy in Dynasty Store.

Discrimination is very important.

Congratulations, you now have a full Discriminated Set.
You can upgraded it doing the following:
1Kyu,2kyu and 3kyu charms can be obtained from Dynasty Store -> Charm Chest
3Kyu is 100% success to +6.

From Discrimination Blacksmith you will buy Special Soul Stone boxes that give you the necessary stones to upgrade your gears.

The stones can be upgraded: Large -> High - Special at Blacksmith Jang in Dragon Castle.

Charms can also be upgrade at Jangbo -> Luck Crafting Quest.

Great, you're almost ready for Four Kings River (Sawangcheon) - this is where Jiguks (D) drop (discriminated).
Your stats should look like this:

Now, time to craft some food. Chef Jimmy in Dragon Castle is your go-to man.

Time to dive into high end/endgame gameplay.

By now, you should know the game a bit.

You have enough stats to farm in Four Kings River (Sawangcheon).
Gather some Jiguk (D) parts and some gold.

Buy 5kyu charm from Dynasty Merchant and craft [Black Soul Charm of Luck].

These charms offer 95% success rate to +10, so make a +10 [SC]/[SE] stat (Jiguk, I mean).

P Party Boss: Greedy Ogre

Start farming Greedy Ogre.
Greedy Ogre is a party boss, you need a party to enter.
Your damage to the boss is multiplied by numbers of members in your party.
So if you have 100,000 damage and 5 party members, you will deal 500,000 damage to the boss.
You can do this yourself or with others.

The boss will give every party member a random number of [Dark Plains Cursed Scrolls].
With those you can buy [White Flame Sage Set], upgrading items and special buffs [Dark Plains Influence - very useful].

S Solo Option: Red Cliffs Dungeon

Or, if you are more of a solo guy, start farming Red Cliffs dungeon.

Essential Methods

Greetings, Hero!

At this point you may be wondering - Where the heck do I get so much gold?
Fret not, I will explain.

$ Method 1: Low Level Gold Farming - AID

Your first real gold map will be [Venom Clan Gate].

Farm here for a while - as needed. The items mobs drop stack and you can sell them for good gold.
Venom Clan Gate can rake in 12-15 billion gold per day/per character, so if you use multiple characters, better.

S Method 2: Low Level Gold Farming - Active Playing

B Method 3: Boss Hunting

The following bosses drop [Boss Master's Treasure], a chest that contains Gold bars.
Each gold bar can be sold for 10,000,000 gold.
Each chest gives 3, 6, 9, or 10 Gold Bars randomly.

The following bosses drop these chests:

Tiger Regiment Master Bamboo Mountain top

Venom Clan Leader Silent Valley top

Tiger Clan Master Tranquil Vale top

General Tusan Crimson Sky

Hohanma Crystal Summit

Each boss has a respawn time of about 60 minutes.
They give about 10-15 boxes (without any drop event), averaging 66 Gold bars per boss (660 million gold).
Some quick math:
• 7 servers
• 5 bosses
• One round of boss hunting can get you about 20-30 billion pure gold.

This is the most important, quick and fail proof gold making method on Non-Divine stage.

W Method 4: World Boss

Every Saturday at 13:00 & 19:00 Server Time (non divine)

World bosses give "World Boss Insignia" which are worth 10 billion pure gold (can be sold to NPC's).
However, you need to deal 3,000,000+ damage to the boss to gain 1 insignia.
So if you deal 18,000,000 damage to the boss, you gain 6x World Boss Insignias.
You can also exchange Insignias for goodies at "Emperor's General" in Dragon Castle.

T Method 5: Thieves Lair - Dungeon (80-100)

You will need at least 1 million damage to actually make some gold so this is more towards end game.

F Method 6: Fire Nation (Hou Zhou) - Endgame Gold Map

This is your target map.
It requires 37,000 defense and 77,000 arts defense to enter & Tian Sheng (reborn) stage 1.
You will also need about 300k+ damage to grind here, in order to keep gold production...productive.
You can make upwards of 10b/hour here by just aiding.

R Method 7: Relic Drops - Sell to Others (AID Type Option)

Right, so the server has been online since 4th November 2024.
Red Dragon accessories, Thunder Lord's armors used to sell for 50-100b then.
Now, well, now they go for 200b+ each.
So, simply set your characters in Deserted Temple or Red Dragon's Lair, drop a few items and sell them.
The demand for those is absolutely huge.
